Its disgusting. I was very careful to protect myself from it when the swine-flu scare was at its peak :). Driving a bike on city-roads is dangerous in itself. And with the added dangerous of these falling sputum meteorites, bike riding seems like a feat only for the brave-hearted. I think we need to teach our kids at least not to continue this spit-on-the-roads behaviour. Maybe it should be made part of the school curriculum! Probably then, the next generation at least might not fall victim to "spit-personalities" :) By the way, really liked your writing style of this post. I too have been a victim of this horrible act.
